DXF
How to properly prepare a project in DXF format?
Couldn’t find a satisfactory shape for your project? You can send us your design in a DXF file. Below are a few guidelines to help you prepare your drawing so we can ensure precise cutting.
1. Export in millimeters – the DXF file must be saved in this unit.
2. One object per file – each DXF file should contain only one design.
3. Scale 1:1 – the drawing should be created in real dimensions, using millimeters as the unit.
4. 2D format – the project should be prepared strictly in two dimensions.
5. Include dimensions in the file name – e.g. panel_200x300.dxf – this helps us avoid errors.
6. Minimal construction – avoid frames and hatching to simplify the production process.
7. Minimum element size – should not be smaller than 5 × 5 cm.
8. Internal corner radius – if your design includes internal corners, the radius should be at least 3 mm.
9. Precision cutting – the line thickness should not exceed 0.2 mm, and the entire shape must form a closed outline.
We encourage you to prepare your DXF file according to the above guidelines – this ensures fast processing, smooth execution, and a precise final result.
