Returns

We make every effort to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchases in our store. However, if for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it. The process is simple and straightforward, and we will be happy to help you with any questions!

  1. A customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days From the date of delivery of the goods. It is sufficient to send the relevant statement before the expiration of this period.
  2. You can make the statement yourself or use the template available on the Store’s website (download withdrawal form).
  3. Upon receipt of the application, the Seller will send a confirmation of acceptance of the withdrawal to the Consumer’s e-mail address.
  4. Exceptions to the right of return: Please note that the right of withdrawal from the Contract does not apply in the case of:
  • Goods made on the individual order of the Consumer, that is, all materials cut to size according to customer specifications and products prepared according to individual designs.
